Improved muscle strength and tone
Loopz™ develops lean and strong muscles without causing undue stress on our joints. Humans lose 5 pounds of muscle every decade after age 30. The number of muscle fibers declines with age. From age 30 to age 70 we can lose more than 25% of the type 2 muscle fibers in our bodies (type 2 fibers are our strength fibers). Resistance exercise can slow down or even reverse the aging process by building muscle mass and strength. Strength training also works directly on our bones to slow mineral loss.
Increased flexibility
This prevents a loss in range of motion by increasing mobility in our joints. Being able to bend, extend and rotate our joints help prevent muscle injury as flexibility diminishes resistance in tissue structures, which in turn decreases our chances of being injured (by exceeding tissue extensibility).

And how rapidly the biceps can contract is dependent on how rapidly the triceps can relax. The use of Loopz™ increases tissue temperature, which increases circulation and nutrient transport to our muscles. This allows greater elasticity of surrounding tissues and increases performance, which also aids recovery time for injuries.

Strength curves show that a muscle is weakest while in its fully extended positions and strongest in its fully contacted position. Poor flexibility in the muscle limits its ability to fully extend which in turn hinders its ability to contract with force.
