Each Daily 8 program delivers 7 sets of bite-sized 8-minute routines that Li Lin has specially created to ensure you get to exercise no matter how busy you are, wherever you might be.

Each routine will focus on a specific group of muscles and/or action. For example on Monday you can do 8 minutes of upper body work and Tuesday, focus on your back and so forth. With 7 precision training routines, you can create your own menu of workouts for the week! Repeat each routine as many times as you like within the day, plus mix and match the routines to suit your needs!

No gyms or studios needed. You will only require the floor you’re standing on to do this. For the time-pressed individual, or even one who is not the most motivated, having the options of Daily 8 workouts will steer you into the healthier habits of regular physical activity!
